As an XL Warehouse Associate, you will use specialized equipment like clamp trucks and order pickers to move heavy, bulky inventory. This role is perfect for those who want to learn new skills and operate powered industrial machinery.
What You'll Do
- Heavy Lifting: Team lift items weighing over 50 lbs securely and safely.
- Machine Operation: Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) such as forklifts, center riders, and clamp trucks (Paid certification provided!).
- Order Prep: Pick large items and stage them for delivery.
- Safety Checks: Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance needs.
