Duality Ventures is seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team. As a driver, you’ll play an essential role in connecting our community by ensuring packages are delivered safely, efficiently, and with care. We provide company vehicles, paid training, and a supportive work environment where teamwork and respect come first. Whether you’re looking for full-time stability or part-time flexibility, this is an opportunity to grow with a company that values its people.

As a Delivery Driver, you will:

• Operate a company-provided vehicle to deliver packages across local routes.

• Handle 100–300 packages per day with accuracy, care, and timeliness.

• Use company technology to navigate routes and record deliveries.

• Load, unload, and lift packages up to 50 lbs.

• Work independently while maintaining safety standards in all weather conditions.

• Provide excellent service and represent Duality Ventures with professionalism

Schedule & Hours: 

• Full-time and part-time roles available

• Shifts are typically 8–10 hours, starting around 11:15 AM

• We operate 7 days a week with flexible scheduling options

• Everyone must work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)

Must-Have:

• 21 years of age or older

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Valid driver’s license (no CDL required)

• Able to meet standard background and driving record requirements (details provided during hiring process)

• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift

• Comfortable getting in and out of a vehicle and climbing stairs multiple times a day

• Able to work in a variety of weather conditions

• Dependable, safety-conscious, and self-motivated

Nice-to-Have (Not Required):

• Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, or customer service

• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills

• Desire to grow into leadership or advanced driving roles

Compensation & Benefits

• $19.50–$21.50/hour pay
