About the Role:

We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and physically active individuals to join our delivery team. In this role, you’ll be the face of a trusted logistics operation, delivering packages to homes and businesses with speed, care, and a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

• Candidates must be comfortable completing between 150–200 delivery stops per day in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Load, organize, and deliver 250+ packages per day with accuracy and efficiency
• Adhere to strict safety guidelines while operating a company-provided delivery vehicle during your route
• Navigate using GPS and a handheld device to track deliveries and scan packages
• Consistently meet performance and safety standards
• Interact with customers in a respectful and professional manner
• Lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the day
• Work independently while following route guidelines and delivery procedures
• Maintain a high standard of punctuality, reliability, and personal integrity

Experience

• Previous experience with route driving is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with clients.
• Experience operating forklifts or other loading equipment is advantageous but not required.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential for this position.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be comfortable walking, bending, and climbing stairs
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record screening
• Previous delivery or driving experience is a plus, but not required
