Compensation: $21.00/hour - $24.50/hour based on performance (+ weekly performance bonuses)

No previous delivery experience? No problem! We provide full training to help you succeed in this rewarding role. This position requires excellent driving skills, physical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

What You'll Do as a Delivery Driver:

• • Start and end your day at our convenient warehouse location in Rochester
  • Safely transport packages to various locations using our provided delivery vehicles
  • Navigate delivery routes efficiently using provided GPS systems
  • Load and unload packages (up to 50 lbs) from the delivery vehicle
  • Complete routes independently with up to 200 stops daily
  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks

KJ Quality Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is seeking reliable delivery drivers/ to join our team in the greater Rochester area.

Delivery Driver Requirements:

• • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver's license (No CDL required)
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
