As an XL Warehouse Associate, you will use specialized equipment like clamp trucks and order pickers to move heavy, bulky inventory. What You'll Do

• Heavy Lifting: Team lift items weighing over 50 lbs securely and safely.
• Machine Operation: Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) such as forklifts, center riders, and clamp trucks (Paid certification provided!).
• Order Prep: Pick large items and stage them for delivery.
• Safety Checks: Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance needs.
