Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Dispatcher to join our team
The Dispatcher will play a crucial role in coordinating delivery routes, managing drivers, and ensuring that all packages are delivered on time

• As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling delivery routes for drivers, monitoring driver performance, and providing real-time support
• You will communicate with drivers to address any issues or changes in schedules, track delivery progress, and ensure timely completion of routes
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and driver activities is essential, as well as ensuring all vehicles are in good condition before and after dispatch
• You will also set up everything for the next dispatch day, track safety processes, and conduct multiple safety inspections throughout the day, adhering to our strict safety policies
• Collaboration with the management team to optimize delivery operations and assisting in resolving any delivery-related issues or customer inquiries will also be part of your responsibilities
