Shift Details:

• Approximate hours: 9:45 AM – 7:45 PM

• Shifts are 8–10 hours per day

• Part-time shifts available Thursday–Sunday (weekends required)

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License (Required)

• Must be able to work weekends (Thu–Sun)

• Ability to lift, carry, and deliver packages

• Reliable commute to Wilmington, DE or planning to relocate before starting (Preferred)

• No prior delivery experience required—training provided!

• 10-hour shifts

Blue Hen Route is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) seeking enthusiastic, reliable team players to deliver Amazon packages. As a DSP, we are an independent business that partners with Amazon to provide outstanding last-mile delivery service.

Our Delivery Drivers work hard to ensure every Amazon order is delivered safely and on time to customers’ doors. We are currently hiring for part-time opportunities.

Delivery Driver – Basic Requirements

• Eligible to work in the U.S.

• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment

• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test

Delivery Driver – Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely operate the delivery vehicle at all times

• Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information

• Drive and work in varying weather conditions

• Load and unload packages for delivery

• Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
