About the Role:
Forward Thinking Logistics LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our Amazon XL (AMXL) delivery team. As a Driver or Helper, you’ll deliver large, heavy, and bulky items — such as TVs, appliances, gym equipment, and furniture — directly to customers’ homes with care and professionalism.

Amazon XL Delivery Driver Responsibilities

•  Safely operate a 16-ft or 26-ft box truck on assigned routes.
•  Deliver oversized and heavy packages (50–300 lbs) to residential and business locations.
•  Perform in-home deliveries and place items in customer-designated areas.
•  Use Amazon technology for navigation, scanning, and delivery confirmations.
•  Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
•  Follow all DOT, company, and Amazon safety standards.
•  Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism.
•  Work closely with a helper to ensure safe handling of heavy items.

Amazon XL Delivery - Helper Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with loading, unloading, and delivering heavy items.
• Safely carry packages into customer homes or designated areas.
• Use dollies, straps, and lift gates properly.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and assist with inspections.

Driver Requirements

• Minimum 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience with box trucks or commercial vehicles
• Clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years)
• Able to lift 75 lbs alone and 300 lbs with assistance
• Must pass background check, MVR review, and drug screening
• DOT medical card may be required

Helper Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old
• Able to lift 75 lbs alone and 300 lbs with assistance
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Successfully Pass:

• Criminal Background Screen for Past 7 Years (National & Local)
• 4 Panel Drug Screen 
• Amazon Capacitation 3 Day only English class
