Duties and Responsibilities

• Interface in a positive manner with customers and team members
• Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information, follow customer requests and instructions
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.
• Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions and walking a 7-10 block radius of the initial pickup site, must be physically able to push handcarts up to 250 lbs. and deliver orders up to 50lbs.
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• At least one weekend day is mandatory, both Saturday AND Sunday is preferred!
