We offer competitive pay ranging from $24.25-$28.00 per hour including qualifying bonuses with overtime opportunities. 

What You’ll Do In A Day:

• Arrive at the distribution facility on time for your shift (10am to 8pm) to receive your Amazon-branded van and company-provided smartphone.
• Drive an Amazon-branded van & deliver up to 300+ packages (avg 175 stops) on your pre-planned route.
• Follow all customer delivery instructions with accuracy and care.
• Work outdoors in all weather—it’s physical, fast-paced, and never boring.
• Crush your route safely, manage time like a pro, and finish strong.
• Return to the station, clean out your van, and turn in your equipment.
• Wrap up with a quick debrief with your manager before heading home.

• 21+ years old, with excellent attendance
• Clean driving record: No DUI’s, reckless driving, or suspensions. 
• Reliable, energetic, and ready to show up every day.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and walk 8–10 miles daily.
• Safe behind the wheel (experience with larger non-CDL vehicles//Uber/Lyft are a plus).
• Respectful, team-oriented, and excellent attention to detail.
• Tech Ready: Must be able to operate a smartphone
