Duality Ventures is hiring dependable DOT Delivery Drivers to transport and deliver heavy packages safely and efficiently. This role involves driving cargo vans and box trucks, working with a driver helper, and using equipment to move packages up to 300 lbs. What You’ll Do

• Safely operate company-provided cargo vans and box trucks (DOT-regulated).

• Deliver approximately 30 packages daily, ranging from 75–300 lbs, with support from a driver helper and equipment.

• Load, unload, and secure packages using dollies, lifts, and safe lifting techniques.

• Follow GPS and company technology for route navigation and delivery updates.

• Maintain safety standards and compliance at all times.

• Provide professional and courteous service in every delivery.

Schedule & Hours

• Shifts typically run 8–10 hours, starting around 10:15 AM.

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

• Operations run 7 days a week with flexible scheduling.

Must-Have:

• 21 years of age or older

• Valid driver’s license (no CDL required)

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Able to pass background (7 years) and driving record (10 years) checks

• Able to lift up to 75 lbs independently and 300 lbs with helper/dolly

• Comfortable driving larger vehicles and working in all weather conditions

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with box trucks, DOT vehicles, or delivery/moving services

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

• Problem-solving mindset and time-management skills
