Responsibilities

• Operate delivery vehicles safely and professionally
• Use handheld devices for routing and delivery updates
• Deliver packages to homes, apartments, mobile parks, and businesses
• Navigate diverse routes across the delivery area
• Load/unload packages securely and efficiently in all weather conditions
• Drive box trucks, cargo vans, or assist as a Delivery Associate Helper
• Work 8–10 hour shifts starting between 7:30 AM–9:00 AM, available 7 days/week
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and present a positive image to customers
• Lift and maneuver packages up to 70 lbs solo, or up to 300 lbs with a team using MHE
• Climb stairs and enter/exit vehicles frequently in a fast-paced setting

Since 2019, we've proudly operated as a family-owned delivery service partner for a leading e-commerce company, based in Chesterfield, VA. We're now hiring motivated Delivery Drivers who are passionate about customer service and performance excellence. Our fleet includes 16-foot and 24-foot box trucks equipped with cutting-edge technology to help you succeed on the road.

• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
• Ability to operate cargo and/or box trucks confidently
• Skilled in heavy lifting and safe package handling
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and at least 21 years of age for all drivers and at least 18 years of age for helpers
• Familiarity with route navigation and delivery logistic
