Delivery Associate - Full Time

Main Location: 710 Madison, TN (Delivery station in Madison, TN)
Training Location: 1000 Richard Petty Way, Lebanon, TN 37090
Pay: $21.25 - $26.00/Hour
Sign-On Bonus: $300 (paid after completing 90 days of employment, with no call-outs and successful completion of all routes)

Job Type: Full-time, Non-CDL (Company vehicle provided)

DAP-US Corp is a family-owned business focused on customer satisfaction. We are an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic, hardworking team members to deliver Amazon packages in the Madison/Nashville, TN area.

As a Delivery Associate, you will:

• Safely deliver 150-250 packages daily to customers in the Madison/Nashville area
• Use handheld devices for routing and customer delivery information
• Drive and operate company vehicles in various weather conditions
• Load and unload packages for delivery
• Be CUSTOMER FOCUSED—delivering packages and smiles!

Work Schedule:

• Start time: 10:20 AM
• End time: 8:50 PM
• Shifts: 10-hour shifts
• Work Week:
• Full-time drivers work 4 days per week, with 3 days off
• Mandatory weekend work: Weekend shifts are required
• You can work up to 6 days per week, if desired, for extra hours
• Flexibility: Enjoy consistent time off while maintaining a steady schedule

Basic Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• At least 21 years old
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must pass pre-employment screening, including drug tests (We do not test for THC), and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $21.25 - $26.00 per hour
• Sign-On Bonus: $300 (after 90 days, with no call-outs and successful completion of all routes)
• Raises: At 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year
