Job description:

JR Transport System hires delivery drivers that are responsible for providing their community a needed service by delivering packages to customers in a friendly, professional, and safe manner in a company-provided delivery van. You will work in a fast-paced work environment where your contributions are needed, respected, and appreciated. Initial and ongoing training will be provided. Advancement opportunities are available based on performance.

This a seasonal position and In January 2026, we will evaluate the performance of the seasonal employees and may extend an offer of full-time employment based on business needs.

Driver requirements include:

• Love to drive and passionate about customer service
• Able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs) and be able to get in and out of a van throughout the day
• At least 21 years of age
• Pass a motor vehicle record check
• Pass a drug screening test
• Commercial (or work-related) driving is a plus but not required
• Safety focused

Additional Compensation:

• Bonuses based on performance
• Bonus potential of up to $100 every two weeks for top performing delivery associates

Job Duties:

• Safely drive a high roof delivery van
• Loading the delivery vehicle from a staging area
• Delivering to residential locations
• Delivering to commercial locations
• Heavy lifting (lifting packages up to 50 lbs.)
