Daily Responsibilities As A Delivery Driver:

  • Safely drive and operate a company-provided cargo van
  • Navigate routes with the help of GPS throughout the Twin Cities metro
  • Stay active and self-motivated while delivering 100-250+ packages daily
  • Step into and out of the vehicle 200+ times daily while maintaining a consistent pace
  • Execute basic movements such as walking, sitting, bending, lifting, and climbing.
  • Engage with customers courteously and professionally
  • Ensure you are taking "Safety First" precautions while driving and delivering, still maintaining an efficient pace
  • Ability to problem solve and have a strong sense of independence
  • Ability to perform and drive in a wide range of weather conditions (Rain, Snow, Winds, Heat, Cold)
  • Ability to follow directives provided and accept constructive feedback

Shift Times and Scheduling"

  • Cycle 2 12:35pm-9:05pm
  • Future opportunity to transition to 5:45 am - 4:15 pm or 8:00am-6:30pm based on company availability
  • Full-time: Work 4-5 days a week, 8-10Hours daily
  • Part-time: Work 2 to 3 days a week, 8-10hours daily.
  • FT/PT must be available to work one weekend day per week, Saturday or Sunday.

What We Do For You As A Delivery Driver:

  1. Company vehicle equipped with a gas card, insurance coverage, backup camera, A/C, Bluetooth capability, and dolly
  2. Seventeen days of paid training (Two days of classroom & hands-on training, company orientation, ride-along, and twelve nursery routes)

  4. Dispatchers are available to you throughout your entire route
  5. Opportunity for additional shifts or overtime
  6. If you complete your route before the end of your 8-10-hour shift, you will still receive a guaranteed 8/10 hours of pay.

Qualifications

Requirements To Join Our Team As A Delivery Driver:

  • Must be 21 and older
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
  • Pass a background and drug screening (No THC testing required)
  • Require one weekend day per week (Saturday OR Sunday)
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Work 8 hours on your scheduled days starting at 12:35 PM.

Ideal candidates should meet the following to be a delivery driver with us:

  1. Possess a valid driver's license (No CDL needed!)
  2. Proficiency and ability to problem-solve GPS navigation
  3. Effectively and efficiently use and operate an Android phone and multiple apps
  4. High level of reliability
  5. Active and energetic with the ability to be in the heat or cold
  6. One-year minimum experience driving a company vehicle.
