What is expected of you as a delivery driver? (Duties and Responsibilities)

• Maintain safe driving practices at all times while on the road.
• Obey local and state laws, road rules, and company policies while driving.
• Provide excellent customer service despite stressful events/conditions.
• Successfully deliver Amazon packages in all weather conditions.
• This is a physically demanding job that requires you to lift, load, and unload packages up to 50 lbs.
• Regularly enter and exit your vehicle and climb stairways at multiple delivery locations during your shift.
• Use a company-provided smartphone to clock in and out, scan packages, follow GPS routes to delivery locations, and communicate with supervisors.
• Help team members complete their deliveries when required.
• Demonstrate pride in being safe, efficient, reliable, and customer-focused.
