Day-to-Day

Company Vehicle Provided! No CDL Required!

Approximate hours would range between 9:30 am to 8:00 pm. Shifts last 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week. We currently offer 5 different full-time schedule options, as well as part time options, so you pick what works best for you! All full time drivers work 4, 10 hour days/ week and enjoy 3 days off!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift
• Have a positive attitude and ability to receive instruction

Compensation & Benefits: 

• $21.25 - $23.75 per hour
• Additional $1.50/HR Safety Bonus potential

Delivery Associates deliver 200-300 Amazon packages/day to customers in the Middle Tennessee area. Drivers operate out of our delivery station in Lebanon, TN off of I-840 near the super speedway.
