Delivery Driver – Full Time
Logistically Straight, LLC (LSTR) is hiring dependable full- and part-time Delivery Drivers to join our team delivering Amazon packages from the DAU7 warehouse in Round Rock, TX.

Pay & Schedule

  • Starting Pay: $22.50 per hour

  • Pay Increase: Eligible to earn up to$23.50 per hour after performance/metric evaluation and JJ Keller DOT certification

  • Bonuses: Weekly performance incentives and overtime opportunities

  • Schedule:

    • Shifts run 8–10 hours, beginning at 11:00 AM (no early-morning shifts)

    • Weekends required (at least one weekend day each week)

    • Set weekly schedules—no Monday–Friday only positions

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely deliver 150–300 packages per shift to residences, apartments, and businesses

  • Complete assigned routes within scheduled shift

  • Provide driver “rescue” support when needed

  • Follow all company policies and safety protocols

  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Age: 21 years or older

  • License: Valid U.S. driver’s license

  • Background: Clean 7-year criminal and 7-year motor vehicle history

  • Physical: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

  • Work Eligibility: Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Driving: Comfortable operating a large cargo van
