Our company is in search of ambitious, responsible, and CUSTOMER OBSESSED delivery drivers to deliver packages. At Cali Shipping we expect for every delivery associate to put the customer first and exceed their expectations by ensuring that all packages are delivered on time and in safe manner to the correct location. Qualifications

Delivery Driver Requirements

At least 21 years of age
Valid Driver’s License (no CDL required)
Good driving record (no suspensions in the past 5 years)
Must consent to drug screen and other types of screenings
Military experience highly recommended
Authorized to work in the United States (required)
Delivery driver experience preferred, but not required

Physical Driver Requirements

Able to lift packages (up to 50lbs)
Able to climb in and out of a cargo van for up to an 8 to 10 hours a day (180-250) times
Able to squat, bend, crouch, walk-up stairs, and kneel for up to 8 to 10 hours a day
Ability to complete assigned routes which may take up to 10 hours to complete
