Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers. This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to operate various types of vehicles, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Delivery Driver Associate Responsibilities:

1. Loading and Unloading: Loading packages into the delivery vehicle and unloading them at the designated delivery location.
2. Navigation: Using GPS or maps to navigate the delivery vehicle to the destination.
3. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to Amazon customers by answering questions, addressing concerns, and delivering packages with a positive attitude.
4. Vehicle Inspection: Ensuring that the delivery vehicle is well-maintained and in good working condition, reporting any issues or concerns to management.
5. Safety: Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment when necessary.
6. Time Management: Managing time effectively to ensure packages are delivered on time.
7. Reporting: Reporting any delivery issues, discrepancies or delays to the appropriate personnel.
8. Teamwork: Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective delivery of packages.

Rider Logistics LLC is a Delivery Service Partner that is owned and operated by locals for locals. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are inspired and motivated to work smart and work hard in a team environment. As a delivery driver, you will be the face of our company. It will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all orders are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the right location. Currently, we are looking to fill full-time driving positions located at 7600 Crestwood Blvd, Irondale, AL 35212.
