We are looking for Driver Associates (Part-Time and Full-Time) who want to grow their careers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. At W.E.S. Logistics LLC, we exceed customer and road safety standards. We are a team-oriented company that listens to, invests in, and promotes our top employees. Management opportunities are available for high-performing associates (Lead Driver, Operations, Dispatcher, and more). W.E.S. Logistics LLC is based out of DGT8 in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Delivery Driver Compensation & Benefits

• $21.25 Hourly Wage
• Weekly Pay

Scheduling

• Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week.
• 4 day work week for Full time
• Part-time scheduling available 

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Authorized to work in the U.S
• Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment
• Must pass background check
• Must pass a 4-Panel drug screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
• Must have at minimum, 5 years of U.S.driving history

Responsibilities and Duties

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use a handheld device for routing information, and customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs through your shift
